The food was amazing, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, which made our family holiday even more comfortable. Additionally, the facilities, such as the pools and other amenities, were excellent and added to our overall positive experience.
Another negative aspect was the handling of pool beds. On our last day, management removed our belongings without any prior notice, causing inconvenience and frustration.
